Sleep

To get enough sleep is very important for us. We think it is as important as a healthy nutrition and getting enough sunlight!

We both found out that we need at least ten hours of sleep per night. Or even more.

What is also very important is the right place and surrounding to sleep.When we spend ten hours lying in one place, we want to make sure, the body is lying on a comfortable underground without too much disturbing factors around it, such as radiation from mobile phones or internet, electric cables or any other interfering elements.
