Relaxation is as important as exercise. If we don’t learn to relax the body properly, it will always be tense and that leads to exhaustion.
We have to give the body enough time to regenerate. Only then is it able to build up muscles and to be fit and athletic. And only then we will be able to feel abundantly energetic.
But not only the body needs to relax, also the mind. This can be attained for example through silent walks in nature, laying in the sun on the beach and listening to the sea, listening to calm music and other nice and quiet things that we enjoy.
The ultimate tool to relax the mind is of course meditation, where we learn to tame and calm the mind.
