At the moment we spend a lot of time working in our garden in Lower Austria. We are plotting a huge vegetable patch and we already have a lot of young tomato, zucchini, cucumber, squash and other plants. We only bought organically grown plants and seeds and we use organic soil. We bought a lot of rare vegetable varieties, we ordered them from Arche Noah, a society specialised on safeguarding rare plant varieties. They are based in Lower Austria and they offer plant and seed distribution to Austria and Germany. Additionally they offer guided tours through their show garden, books, lectures, courses, etc.

We don’t have much experience in gardening, but we really enjoy the work, it’s is great fun!!  We love being in nature!!
